Livingston County Republican Party Elects 2021-2022 Executive Committee Members & Party Officers

On Thursday, delegates at the Livingston County Republican Party (LCRP) elected LCRP Executive Committee members for 2021-2022 following the online County Convention. The Executive Committee also voted to elect LCRP Officers for 2021-2022.

Meghan Reckling (35) of Handy Township was elected to serve her second consecutive term as Chair of the LCRP.

“I am extremely proud of LCRP’s accomplishments over the past two years, and our hard work paid off this November,” said Reckling. “Almost every Republican running in Livingston County won their election, as we defeated all the Democrats running for state and county level positions. Additionally, Republican candidates drastically increased their win margins up and down the ballot. In 2020, we saw the largest win margins for Livingston County Republicans in decades.”

Reckling continued, “While we have accomplished a great deal in the past two years, there is still so much more to do. I look forward to working with our elected officials, the Executive Committee, and the grassroots, as we work to keep Livingston County as Republican as ever, oust Governor Whitmer, Dana Nessel, and most importantly Jocelyn Benson; as we ensure flipping the MI-8 Congressional District; and as we help more Republicans win school board seats.”
