EMERY McCLENDON BIOGRAPHY
Born & raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Emery served in the U.S. Air Force and the Indiana Air National Guard both domestically and overseas in the Philippines and England.
Emery continues to serve his country as a disabled American Veteran and life member of the DAV. He founded Amateur Radio Military Appreciation Day (www.armad.net) as a way for people in communities nationwide to honor and show appreciation for our Veterans and Retired Military in real time over two way radio. ARMAD led him to other military support groups, and he became active with Families United For Our Troops, Vet's For Freedom, The U.S. Army Freedom Team Salute, The Liberty Coalition, and Americans For Prosperity.
Shortly after visiting the Bush White House, his patriotic volunteering brought him to Glen Beck’s Rallies for the Troops in Indiana and West Virginia. Emery found like-minded Patriots in the Tea Party movement at the 1st Tea Party in '08. He went on to organize the Fort Wayne Tea Party with keynote speaker Dr. Alan Keyes.
Emery personifies what has become the Tea Party Patriot’s dream. An American with a purpose can make a difference and begin to change the course of United States politics and American government. He has a lot to teach those of us who are active in the Republican Party because we know that the America we love will be better with conservative, constitutionally-minded leaders.
Emery and his wife Queenie are the proud parents of three sons and continue to reside in Ft. Wayne.
REBECCA KIESSLING BIOGRAPHY
Conceived at knife-point by a serial rapist and adopted at birth, Rebecca's life is the embodiment of why the “Rape Exception” listed in anti-abortion laws must be removed. Activist, Lawyer, Pro-Life speaker, Wife and Home-schooling Mother of 5, Rebecca has spent many years of her life devoted to saving the lives of the unborn and putting a face to the “compassionate” rape exception.
